Job Description Summary
The material planner will be responsible for orders and material fulfillment inside the Aero Alliance organization.
The Material Planner will report to the Global Repair Vendor Leader.
Job Description
- Orders and material fulfillment
- Be the focal point for all the material demand for all repair works subcontractors
- Connect with service shops to deep dive the material request from vendors
- Connect with supply chain to review availability
- Connect with vendors for material alignment and orders delivery plan
- Elaborate a weekly report to send to vendors and supply chain with the status of material
- Challenge the supply chain where system is not aligned
- Prioritize material on the critical list
- Track and monitor the wing to wing process and all the key milestones to mitigate controllership risk
Qualifications/Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Italian and in English
