KVAL/KMTR in Eugene, OR has an opening for a Digital Content Producer. The candidate should have experience writing and producing news content for the web and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Updating content on kval.com, NBC16.com, kcby.com and kpic.com
- Updating station's Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms
- Editing and posting content from reporters, producers and photographers
- Previous experience as a web editor
- Degree in Journalism or a related field preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, and emerging social media
