Make Your Mark:

We are looking for a cloud leader experienced in the velocity and agility of Startups along with controls of Enterprise software development. This role will help with building a strategy and executing to unify the technology patterns of our expanding product lines.

You'll Get To:

• Unify patterns across public clouds.
• Manage multiple SRE/Cloud teams across multiple Clouds (Azure/AWS)
- Manage and grow a team of exceptional engineers across multiple time zones.
- Empower, challenge, and coach a team of engineers to grow their impact as individual contributors.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across engineering teams.
- Collaborate across over all Cloud team to function as one team delivering on cohesive solutions.
- Uplevel data center engineers to cloud engineers.

Provide supervision to others through motivation, direction, review, and feedback of assigned tasks

Supervise others work through the planning and scheduling of work, and review and approval.

Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of personnel.

Supervise/manage/direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel.

What You'll Bring:

Years of Experience in Related Field: 5 - 10
BA in Computer Science or related field.
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Multiple Clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps Practices, IAC (Terraform), Experience in Datacenter migration to Public Cloud, very familiar with Public Cloud patterns. Strong understanding of artifact-based deployment patterns.
Shared Technologies: Okta, WAF (Cloudflare), CA (Digicert), Object Storage (S3/Cloud Storage),

Experience with Enterprise Controls (SOC/ISO).
Private Cloud (Data center) experience.

 Remote US. Must be able to work during US business hours.

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
