Minimum qualifications:

5 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training).
Experience making technical concepts digestible by creating short, engaging video content.
Experience with Google Workspace programs and design programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience developing localization-friendly and accessible learning solutions.
Understanding of Google Cloud Certification and Learning paths.
Understand Google Cloud technologies (e.g., Cloud AI Platform, Cloud Dataflow, Google BigQuery, TensorFlow, Cloud Spanner) and other solutions areas to understand the services and develop effective training for our residents.

Ability to build relationships and to collaborate effectively with highly technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curricula

Excellent communication, writing and editing skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development.

Responsibilities

Design and produce both instructor-led and on-demand learning experiences for the Cloud Academy residents.
Develop high-quality, engaging, and level appropriate content for our residents.
Partner with Academy Program Managers, Business leaders, and vendors to determine and own the ideal learning experience and modality and audience profile.
Develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based e-learning modules and videos.
Review existing client content and develop strategy for course development.
