Field Marketing Coordinator

Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in EMEA.

About the team

The Field Marketing Coordinator supports regional marketing program planning and execution activities that raise awareness with and generate leads from our target account base. The role collaborates with Regional Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives in specific geographic regions.

The incumbent will work under the guidance and direction of the Senior Director, Field Marketing and Regional Field Marketing Manager

What you will do

  • Execute local marketing programs to help identify and engage target prospects and customers aligned to the regional sales strategy.
  • Optimize execution of regional industry-focused programs through a mix of online and offline marketing channels to generate leads and sales pipeline, including account-based marketing, social media, regional events, email marketing, direct mail and regional paid marketing programs.
  • Support organization of regional events including webinars, roundtables, in-person events, and relationship-building engagements.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing team and regional partners to plan and deliver co-marketing opportunities.
  • Track and analyze the performance of local marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations to the regional Marketing Manager.
  • Manage back-end system administration of tools and resources to enable marketing program execution.
  • Be an active member of the Field Marketing group; share best practice, learn from other regions, and contribute to Global Marketing activities

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Studies, Business Administration or related
  • 1-2 years related industry experience including account-based marketing programs, field marketing, or demand generation
  • Conceptual understanding and knowledge of demand generation best practices
  • Articulate, concise, oral, and written communicator with the ability to consider input from others to determine the best course of action
  • Use of empathy, literacy, and active listening skills with the ability to provide recommendations and feedback with confidence
  • Analytical skills with an inventive approach to work through problems to arrive at well-constructed recommendation

Language Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English/French, both verbally and in writing OR
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English/German, both verbally and in writing

Role Specific Skills and experience

  • Demonstrate a professional skill level in project management within their own work and recognize their impact on others for the work.
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple clients, stakeholders, and the broader marketing team to ensure ongoing connectivity
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, database, and related software
  • Advanced administrative skills required to coordinate details, logistics, budgets, vendor/supplier management inclusive to event planning and execution including compliance with financial, social media, and related policies, reviewing related documentation to ensure accuracy, and compilation and reporting of survey and related data.
  • The incumbent will be provided with the opportunity to develop and progress in supply chain and RapidResponse knowledge.

Working Conditions

  • Work is conducted within the standards and practices of Kinaxis Inc. with occasional travel for business requirements. Position may have some disruptive elements such as working outside of normal work hours, which in most cases is moderate and normal. May involve multiple project demands, provide quality work within timelines.
