We’ll match up your hand-selected employees with our expert coaches for a twelve week, one-on-one career development program.

How It Works

IDENTIFY AREAS FOR GROWTH

Each employee will take an in-depth career questionnaire that will help us identify their individual coaching needs.

MATCH WITH THE RIGHT COACH

We’ll carefully hand-select the perfect coach for each employee, so they get the personalized guidance that fits their needs.

MEASURE REAL RESULTS

Employees will take one final questionnaire at the end of the coaching period, and we’ll deliver a detailed report that shows you the results.

Over 12 weeks, The Muse’s Career Coaching Program supports each individual’s growth with 1:1 coaching.

The program is comprised of:

  • A coach-matching form filled out by each employee to help us match them with the best coach.
  • A pre-coaching goal-setting assessment to identify areas of growth and prep for the first session.
  • 1 goal setting session designed to set achievable coaching goals.
  • 5 coaching sessions, scheduled every other week to focus on key skills development and growth.
  • 6 follow up notes from the coach with clear tasks between each session for continued learning and integration.
  • A post-coaching plan with the summary of work and clear action steps to keep moving forward successfully.
