Informatica MDM Admin - Sr. Application Support Engineer

The Informatica MDM Admin - Sr. Application Support Engineer is a key enabler of the Healthfirst IT Operations Strategy. The incumbent ensures the consistent and prompt delivery of app admin support and operations tasks by working collaboratively with other team members. He/she assists Engineers and other peers through training, coaching and providing informal leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide application administration support and operational activities for designated application platforms used within Healthfirst's enterprise environment.
  • Provide Informatica MDM administration support around operations, installations, upgrades, migrations, patching, troubleshooting in related products,
  • Manage ticketed query system and ensure comprehensive database of queries and resolutions up to date.
  • Provide cross-platform application support training to all team members in areas of expertise and receive training from other team members for enhanced coverage.
  • Assist proactively in troubleshooting multiple application support tickets in a multi-tasking approach.
  • Manage ticket closures based on priorities and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis and off-hour production releases as needed.


Minimum Qualification:


  • Work experience with application support in a client server and SAAS environment as a core responsibility.
  • Experience in Informatica MDM administration working with tools namely, MDM HUB, ActiveVos BPM suite, IDD, Business glossary, Address Doctor, Power Center and IICS.
  • Experience in Application installations, configurations, upgrading, patching, and validations, identifying dependencies using standard operating procedure documents and coordinating with all stakeholders during the process.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, and End Users to troubleshoot and resolve application issues ranging from routine to critical levels of importance and complexity.
  • Experience collaborating with Application product vendors and Platform owners to pursue the next level of escalation and solutions.
  • Experience performing application change releases by following the change management process.
  • Experience creating SOP documentation for Application support tasks to ensure support activities are decentralized and taken up by other members.
  • High-school diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing MDM in AWS Cloud and Oracle database.
  • Experience in ServiceNow change management process, Service Requests, Incidents, Change and Problem Management.
  • Exposure to GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and a positive attitude to advocate CI/CD for any streamlining of operations.

Hiring Range:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $87,300 - $126,140
  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $78,900 - $117,385

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
