What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Scopes, plans and manages one or more engagement work streams, ensuring quality, cost and delivery requirements are achieved; structures deliverable content and develops recommendations and solutions.
2. Leads portions of client meetings.
3. Selects, modifies and applies appropriate Methods, Approaches and tools.


4. Documents, escalates and resolves engagement issues and risks.
5. Documents and communicates associate performance feedback; mentors staff (where applicable)
6. Develops and presents portions of client proposals.
7. Identifies and develops service add-on opportunities within existing clients.
8. Builds expertise in one or more solution portfolios.
9. Contributes to new and or enhanced Methods, Approaches and tools.
10. Contributes to publications and speaking engagements that build ABC market imminence.
11. Actively supports ABC recruiting efforts.
12. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Advanced degree highly preferred, such as PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP; minimum of 5 - 7 years hospital/health system experience, with at least 3 years in a manager, director, project manager role, or minimum or 5 - 8 years in a supervisory or project lead consulting role, preferably within the healthcare field; relevant experience and/or certification in Lean, or Six Sigma, or Project Management highly preferred.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of problem solving, performance improvement, process and clinical analysis methods and approaches

2. Deep subject matter expertise in the areas of 340B program strategy, specialty pharmacy services, infusion operations across sites of care, specialty clinic workflow and health system pharmacy finance

3. Strong analytic skills required including proficiency in systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, or Tableau.

4. Hands on experience in health system EHR systems (i.e. EPIC, Cerner) is preferred

5. The ability to effectively manage large, multi-disciplinary projects is a required.

6. High caliber oral and written presentation skills are a must.

7. Access to a major airport and the ability to travel up to 50% is required
