We're looking for a professional with a positive, resourceful attitude to tackle the question: how can I make this team even more effective today?

Our Office and Culture partner is responsible for providing our employees with a great experience in our office as well as in our culture activities

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for purchasing office supplies, welcome kits, gifts, snacks and all office necessary items;
  • Providing support in our on site and/or virtual events;
  • Office maintenance and supervision as well as suggesting improvements when necessary;
  • Create expense reports and analysis to support the area's budget process;
  • Maintain a good relationship and negotiate with suppliers, present new provisions to improve cost and service.
  • Provide support in engagement and culture actions.

Who you are:

  • Administrative or HR bachelor's degree or comparable field;
  • Experience within Office & Culture area;
  • A global mindset to work with and engage diverse, distributed team members;
  • A driven, positive, and professional & "people person" who understands the importance of being a Trustly ambassador as the point of contact for our colleagues, and new hires;
  • Detail-oriented with good business acumen and data/analytical orientation;
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PPT; Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive);
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong communication skills in english - verbal and written.
  • Currently located in Grande Vitória/ES.
