Order Management Analyst with English

The Challenge:

An Order Management Analyst manages the day-to-day operations associated with the licensing of Siemenssoftware products. The Analyst supports the Digital Industries Softwarebusiness unit within the Global Order to Cash division. It is expected for theanalyst to have a fundamental understanding of the order-to-cash process aswell as the ability to interpret conventional tasks associated with theprocess.

As an Order Management Analyst, you will process customer orders or change on orders from salesstaff or direct customer contact. You will verify accuracy of orders and orderchanges and resolve order problems with customers or sales staff. You will beresponsible for maintaining customer files with sales contracts and otherinformation.

What are my daily responsibilities?

Timely processing, delivering, and invoicing of orders in SAP
Maintaining customer data
Solving post-sale customer queries (in English), licensing and invoicing issues
Corporate Policy validations and role specific process adherence
License Key Management
Project and process improvement engagement
Coordination of proper documents and information flow
Implementing world-class customer service

What are my requirements?

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility
Fluent English
At least 2 years of corporate experience
Strong motivation to work and multitasking mindset
SAP experience preferred

Type of employment:

Replacement employment contract (maximum length is 3 years)
