Position Summary
As a member of the product team within our Technology Solutions area, the Product Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to the organization, translating business requirements into product requirements that drive high quality, desirable product solutions and systems / workflow requirements to meet/exceed the desired business objectives. This role is a passionate creator of all types of actionable requirements and documentation, including stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, systems and operations flows, etc. You will play a key contributor to getting the product leader ready for sprint grooming, and sprint acceptance, and ultimately to the success of the product set.
The Technology Solutions area develops, manages, and supports online and mobile solutions serving the Transportation, Workplace Safety, and Human Resources markets. Technology Solutions covers all aspects of the technology product lifecycle, from concept to release to ongoing customer support.
This role will be on-site based at our Corporate Campus in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Job Responsibilities
- Refines complex product requirements down into consumable work artifacts that Agile teams can execute against in a single sprint.
- Participates and supports the implementation of moderate to complex business, systems and product initiatives through design work, testing, validation, or documentation.
- Supports Product Leader in story creation, refinement and defining the acceptance criteria; as well as in validating developed functionality is acceptance ready.
- Collaborates with product, technology and other stakeholders in defining the solution and representing the customer.
- Participates in the agile scrums, sprint planning, release planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives at direction of the product leader.
- Identifies dependencies and collaborates with the appropriate teams to deliver on time.
- Serves as a point of contact for functional and solution clarifications for scrum and support teams.
- Ruthlessly documents system / solution functionality for internal and external users.
- Assists the support function as a SME, where assigned, to triage high priority issues, including workaround identification and potential defect remediation requirements.
- Exercises independent judgment and provides guidance in diverse support functions and operations for the product.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working with technology related products / solutions.
- Experience writing customer facing requirements for business software applications is a strong plus.
- Experience with report writing/query tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc.
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- In lieu of degree, will consider an additional 4 years of directly related experience.
Other Requirements:
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of systems and data flow.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated skills in collaboration and communication.
- Intellectually curious with a desire to become a proven SME in product areas assigned.
- Ability to communicate and document technical and or regulatory needs to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with a strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.

Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $64,500.00 to $75,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's overall experience and geographic location.
