• Define, develop, and enhance Automation Solution portfolio using customer, external market analysis and internal WWT insights.
• Break down, align, and document the solutions addressable market, key customer value proposition(s), client vertical analysis and top use cases.
• Integrate Automation Solutions into WWT's wholistic Solutions led go-to-market, with a focus on repeatable and profitable Automation Solutions.
• Develop approach for WWT Intellectual Property, Open Source and 3rd Party System Integration.
• Orchestrate and manage the solution lifecycle from inception through business planning and the solution roadmap.
• Report on key metrics regularly to stakeholders informing the organization on the status of the Automation Solution portfolio.
• Design and prototype repeatable Automation Solutions by documenting ROI or impact for a given action, backlog feature, or prioritization decision with product team.
• Collaborate across key solution areas to integrate repeatable Automation Solution architecture and outcomes.
• Operate as visionary for repeatable Automation Solutions, often devising solutions in ambiguity.
• Help the organization define, document, communicate, and implement best practices regarding solution management.
• Speak with strategic prospective clients as part of a pursuit and assist in solutioning.

• 7+ years of experience developing technology solutions, with a focus on services offering and product development/management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Able to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions for customer focused delivery.
• Strong diplomacy, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making, focused on relentless customer outcomes.
• Focused on data-driven approaches to solving problems and accelerating the learning process to validate solutions.
• Ability to collaborate well with engineers, consultants, sales and technology vendors/partners.
• Experience with Lean and User-Centered Design methodologies.
• Experience with multiple agile development methodologies, including but not limited to Scrum and Kanban.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in an iterative and incremental way.
• Ability to consistently balance many different inputs and explain trade-offs in decisions and their outcomes.
• General understanding of Automation principles, DevOps, and Lean thinking.
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable working directly with clients and sales teams.
