About the Role
The Project Manager of GIS Technical Design, Digital Product Creation, Product Integrity & Footwear is accountable for planning, executing, and monitoring activities that deliver projects according to the strategy and specific goals of these departments. This role is responsible to ensure the working teams drive productivity and efficiency across GIS by delivering robust E2E processes, supported by lean and efficient organization design. The Project Manager must optimize the projects through clear communication on scope, risks, decisions as well as provide feedback to the teams on lessons learned. This role is accountable for continuous improvement in identifying business improvement opportunities across process and systems to reduce administrative workload for the teams.
What You'll Do
Digital Product Creation/ Fabric Digitization
- Manage the requirements gathering for all DPC/ FDT projects through building and distributing surveys to the vendors including formatting and sharing out results.
- Align and implement project plans to capture the specific objectives, timing, process, methodology, phases and deliverables for onboarding new vendors.
- Collaborate with Director DPC and Manager DPC to implement new software and workflows for 3D.
- Optimize the project plan for scoping and building the phases of Fabric Digitization to support the roadmap for Vendor/ Mill Accreditation.
- Optimize the project plan for scoping and building the phases of the 3D Vendor Accreditation to support the roadmap for Vendor 3D Accreditation.
- Update and send weekly DPC/ FDT report to VP Quality to summarize status of deliverables including identifying risk and action items.
- Draft and distribute weekly 3D TD/ DPC/ FDT meeting agenda and drive progress on action items and deliverables from week to week.
- Responsible for distribution of all 3D and Fabric Digitization Vendor Comms in alignment with Sr. Director TD/ DPC/ PI/ Footwear.
- Responsible for managing the on-time payment of invoices for software, hardware and licenses that come through this department.
- Provide monthly KPI analysis and reporting on High Risk Styles and Quality defects related to Construction, Grading, and Tolerances.
- Align and manage Weekly & Monthly Agenda points for Tech Design Meetings to meet project deliverables.
- Manage the continued implementation of the Vendor Empowerment for High Risk Styles Project according to the annual Vendor Roadmap.
- Schedule TD Champions ceremony and Quarterly TD Champions Meeting
- Responsible for providing Quarterly Reporting on Vendor Empowerment for HRS status by vendor.
- Provide analysis of company data, detailed process mapping and flowchart presentation.
- Annual Goals Project Implementation to meet quarterly deliverables.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives including the processes, tools and systems required.
- Drapr: Provide project launch support with Vendor contacts and trouble shooting.
- Product Integrity: Support implementation of Innovation Projects.
- Footwear: Provide analysis and reporting upon request
- Build collaborative relationships and leverage experience through cross functional stakeholders GQ, GIS PD, MM, Vendors and Mills
- Foster open communication and team environment with all business partners and receive constructive feedback professionally.
- Elicit subject matter expertise to inform project planning and decision making.
- Work with cross-functional teams within Global Sourcing to implement the aligned strategies and objectives.

- MPM, MS Project Management (MSPM), or MBA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
- Certified ScrumMaster, Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile Project Management or Lean Project Management a plus
- 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Advanced Project Manager software skills including Gantt Charts, SmartSheet, PowerBI, Microsoft Project
- Advance Computer software skills including PowerBI, PLM, 3D Collaboration tools (CLOset or Stylezone a plus)
