We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will be responsible for managing and leading the Central Europe Sales Team.



What we'll get you doing:

  • Develop strategies to promote the company's products and achieve Region Annual Sales Quota in partnership with Leadership Team
  • Be an active member of the European Bioresearch Sales Management Team including participation to Sales Strategy Definition through Growth Room
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecast as requested based on rigorous Funnel Management and use of the various reporting tools (SFDC, Power BI)
  • Build functional and technical sales capabilities within the Central Europe Sales Team through coaching (performances) and mentoring (Core behaviours, development objectives) including regular travel with every Account Manager
  • Hire for open headcount, successful on-board of new associate and building an account manager leadership funnel.
  • Use of the various DBS tools to ensure continuous improvement of sales processes and performances

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • BS degree, preferably in life science technology. Advanced degree in science and/or business is desirable
  • Minimum 5 years successful Sales Experience in the German/Swiss LifeScience market and minimum 2 years successful Sales Management experience in the Life Science market.
  • Ability to coach/develop/inspire a sales team to improve all key skills: forecasting, funnel & pipeline reviews, organization/planning, closing, technical skills, lead generation activities (eblast, seminars, summits, webinars, power hour, telemarketing campaigns etc.).
  • Ability to clearly communicate team's performance, areas for improvement to Sales Director BioResearch Europe and suggest constructive ideas and countermeasures.
  • Ability to work with other teams (admin, service, finance, marketing, etc.) to bring process improvements leading to higher team performances and customer satisfaction
  • A high level of written and spoken English & German language.
