Our Revenue Cycle Managed Services team will provide you with the opportunity to act as an extension of our healthcare clients' revenue cycle functions. We specialize in front, middle and back office revenue cycle functions for hospitals, medical groups, and other providers. We leverage our custom and automated workflow and quality assurance products to enable our clients to achieve better results, which ultimately allow them to provide better patient care.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

Minimum Degree Required:
Bachelor Degree

Additional Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum 11 years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required.

Minimum Years of Experience:
3 year(s) In a Business related or Health Care Administration field

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification(s) Preferred:

Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Epic Resolute Billing

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

  • Possessing 3 years of documented technical proficiency of healthcare provider end-to-end revenue cycle processes, technology, and reporting;
  • Having the ability to work independently, holding stakeholders accountable for decisions that impact the entire business;
  • Creating views and procedures that consolidate data and information from multiple sources;
  • Utilizing time management skills with the ability to work on assignments of varying difficulty and complexity, while exercising independent judgment;
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships;
  • Working with Cerner Millennium, Soarian Financials, Epic Resolute and familiarity with EHR specific terminology;
  • Possessing thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Excel and Word applications;
  • Possessing general knowledge of medical collections, billing, claims, and other healthcare terminology;
  • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats; and,
  • Working for Big 4 consulting, large revenue cycle managed service vendor, and/or revenue cycle administrative or finance experience preferred.
