Senior Content Marketing Specialist (Remote)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Collaborate with the product management team to highlight the features and business value of new product capabilities
    • Drive traffic through paid advertising. Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns. Measure top-of-the-funnel metrics to ensure effective ad spending
    • Produce customer testimonials that showcase leading property management companies and vividly illustrate why they choose FRONTSTEPS
    • Create short videos and other immersive content that makes it easy for management companies, HOAs, and homeowners to appreciate how FRONTSTEPS helps them succeed
    • Maintain and update the company's WordPress website. Edit and publish content, ensure SEO optimization, optimization and modify site design and layout as needed
    • Work on brand positioning, voice, and communication strategies. Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand's identity
    • Expand and continuously refine a set of sales materials that describe who we are, the problems we help solve, and what you can expect to gain by working with us. The focus of this will be to arm our sales team with the collateral that will land deals and effectively share our value proposition with the industry
    • Actively monitor industry news and client feedback to uncover additional storylines that relate to FRONTSTEPS' areas of expertise
    • Other duties as requested by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or a related field
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with copywriting for multiple media, including web, email, LinkedIn, and video
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly master a new industry, including financial drivers, operational systems, and common terms
    • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple projects with a high degree of quality
    • Experience working with outside vendors to produce video, graphic, and other professional media that resonates with buyers
    • Adroit at finding the compelling angle to complex subject matter and producing materials that influence buyer behavior
    • Knowledge of collateral design and development tools (e.g., Adobe editing suite) a plus

$80,000 - $95,000 a year

This position may be based remotely and pay an annual salary of $80,000 - $95,000.
