Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for defining leadership development behaviors and skills needed to accelerate talent and support strategic business goals of call center field leadership. Leads a team responsible for the creation of leadership development programs that reflect learner and business needs.
  • Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

How You'll Do It

  • Consult with business leadership and Human Resources to develop strategic business goals and leadership development needs.
  • Leads a team of Learning and Development professionals performing all aspects of talent management including development coaching and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to assess the state of the business, identify performance, skills, and knowledge gaps, and recommends leadership development solutions.
  • Oversees the development and acquisition of relevant learning content and ensure quality. Reviews and evaluates training solutions in the marketplace for curriculum design efforts.
  • Participates in the design and implementation of branding, marketing, and communication strategies. Builds awareness for leadership development curriculum.

  • Leads the analysis and reporting of effectiveness and quality measures. Analyzes relevant data and takes appropriate actions to improve overall quality and effectiveness of programs.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelors Degree in Business
  • Bachelors Degree in Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
  • 6+ years Relevant work experience, demonstrating strong leadership development and the ability to influence change.
  • In Lieu of education, 8+ years Relevant work experience, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to influence change

Bonus Points If You Have

  • 6+ years of experience in relevant field, learning and development or operations, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to influence change
  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in training environment that focuses on successful curriculum design targeted for customer-facing, and supporting personnel that encompasses adult learning methodology

*Any hires in the Chicagoland area will be subject to hybrid work arrangements.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,500.00 to $170,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
