This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in the Philippines.
Atlassian is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst who will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of APAC & EMEA payroll. You will also be supporting the Global Payroll Team in delivering various projects ranging from small to large.
The ideal person will have experience processing medium to large payroll, proven track record in delivering projects, be systems savvy and have excellent communication skills. You will be part of a fast-paced, fun global team and have many opportunities to learn and grow in our roles. What you'll do
- Process international payroll for 2000+ employees across monthly and semi-monthly pay cycles
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of taxes, statutories and
pension - Support various payroll projects
- Assist in payroll systems deployment
- Drive improvement and deliver scaleable processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver various employee programs
Your background
- 5 years+ payroll experience
- Experience in any of the following countries will be advantageous : Philippines, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Turkey, France & Poland
- Proven track record in delivering small to large payroll projects
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
