JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Promotions Specialist is responsible for providing sales and product promotion analysis as required by the Dental and Medical Telesales team. This position will be responsible for creating sales promotions for the Dental and Medical Telesales division in coordination with the Marketing department. In addition, will also be responsible for producing the weekly spiff updates and summarizing all spiff and sales programs for incentive payout. Responsible for training on all spiffs and medical and dental products for new hires. Will be responsible for setting up medical vendor trainings in Bastian, New York, and Reno Call Centers.

Please note: Candidates for this role should be located on the East Coast (Eastern Time Zone) or be willing to work the standard working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm EST with the possibility of variations as needed.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Produce weekly Outbound and Inbound Telesales territory spiff sales performance
  • Update promotions in MS Teams channels
  • Partner with the dental and medical leadership team on marketing and vendors spiff programs
  • Produce a spiff summary report monthly for Telesales commission payout
  • Create PowerPoint presentation to include rollout of monthly promotions for all call centers for both inbound and outbound teams
  • Participates in special projects and create reports as needed in the Data Warehouse
  • Update "The Source" with Medical and Dental Focus Calendar, Major Product Classes (MPC), and performance rebates
  • Work with our GEMs Partners on monthly training events and schedule all trainings for entire medical team

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Dental product knowledge
  • Medical product knowledge preferred
  • JDE
  • Data Warehouse skills

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Master's degree or global equivalent a plus
  • May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Travel typically less than 10%
  • Office environment
  • No special physical demands required

COMPENSATION:

The posted range for this position is $71,280 - $124,740 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
  • This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
