Description
As a Transmission Consultant for UKG you will be an integral member of a dynamic team responsible for implementing secure file transmission processes as part of larger integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our comprehensive UKG products, setting up secure file transmissions, troubleshooting related issues and providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client-escalated issues in areas related to file and data transmissions.

The qualified candidate has knowledge of file transmissions for EDI files, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to organize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Primary / Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

●Provide outstanding quality support to internal customers and external partners/third-party vendors with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise, with thorough and timely responses

●Monitor a transmission project queues and self-assign integration projects. Work with external/internal partners to configure file transmission projects as needed

●Utilize internal tools and documentation to promote efficiency and standardization

●Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

●Maintain established level of productivity and meet assigned productivity requirements

●Set and manage proper expectations with internal customers and external partners

Qualifications
Required qualifications:

●Deep understanding of SFTP and file transfer technologies including file encryption

●Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

●2-3 years of experience with file transmissions

Preferred qualifications :

●Excellent organizational, analysis & troubleshooting skills

●Strong verbal and written communication skills

●Work independently with minimal supervision on project-based work

●Customer-focused & business oriented

●1-2 years of experience with SQL or Python

●1-2 years of experience with Globalscape, Informatica or other managed file transfer platforms.

●1-3 years of experience with SalesForce

●2-3 years of experience with UKGPro systems.

●Prior experience in a customer support, integration or file transmission technical role.

Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $36,700 to $52,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41,400 to $59,513 per year.
